Lead Generation & Business Development Executive
Support international B2B prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, email outreach, lead research, qualification, follow-up, and sales-pipeline coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant international B2B prospects across agreed industries and markets.
- Build and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn, search engines, company websites, directories, and approved research sources.
- Support LinkedIn outreach, personalized connection requests, follow-up messages, and engagement tracking.
- Assist with email outreach campaigns, prospect segmentation, message personalization, follow-up schedules, and response tracking.
- Qualify leads using company size, service need, location, role relevance, and other agreed criteria.
- Update CRM records, spreadsheets, lead trackers, statuses, notes, and follow-up dates accurately.
- Coordinate qualified opportunities with the business-development or sales team.
- Prepare regular activity, response, pipeline, and prospect-research reports.
Candidate Requirements
- At least two years of relevant experience in B2B lead generation, international sales support, or business development is preferred.
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, CRM systems, Excel or spreadsheets, and lead tracking.
- Strong online research, written communication, follow-up, and prospect-qualification skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage assigned targets, and maintain accurate activity records.
